Register to Receive

If you are a registered charity, a community group, or a statutory not-for-profit organisation helping people in need, you can receive support, free of charge, through Giving World Online by registering to gain access to business surplus. You will only be responsible for the collection or delivery arrangements and costs.

Any items provided through Giving World are free to your organisation, to be used to support your beneficiaries. Our aim is to reach out to the 13 million people in poverty in the UK by supporting them with free basic necessities. Items may not be sold or used for fundraising purposes.

Charity Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Registering to receive support through Giving World:

  • Complete the registration form
    • For charities registered with the Charity Commission, you will need to provide us with the officially registered email address (you can still sign up using your own email address).
    • For other organisations, we will send you an email asking you to provide us with information about your organisation, including a constitution.
  • Once your charitable status has been verified, you will be sent an email with a link to activate your account. Once your account has been activated, you can log in to our site with your user name and password.
